Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-designed items
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and a return authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
